Hair + makeup trial? Do it here! Your engagement session is the perfect time to schedule your hair and makeup trial before the wedding. You’ll get to see how everything photographs, make sure you love the look, and see how well it holds up throughout the day.
Bring the little extras! Champagne, a bouquet, your veil, a favorite drink, a picnic blanket, love letters, or anything that feels you. Props can make your session more personal and fun!
Don’t know how to pose? Perfect. You don’t need to know what to do with your hands...I’ve got you! I’ll guide you through prompts and poses so you never feel awkward or stuck.
Make it YOU. Want to dance? Do it. Run around? Yes. Pop some champagne? Even better. Your session should feel like the two of you, not a photoshoot checklist.

Coordinate, don’t match. Choose colors that complement each other rather than wearing identical outfits.
Neutrals + soft tones are always a win. Cream, beige, black, white, navy, muted greens, blush, and earthy tones photograph beautifully.
Dress it up! Your engagement session is a great excuse to wear that outfit you’ve been waiting for. Think flowy dresses, skirts, dress pants, button-downs, or a nice blazer.
Consider two outfits. Start with something a little more dressed up, then switch into a second outfit that feels more casual and you.
Cultural outfits are a beautiful option, too! Whether it’s a traditional Filipino outfit, saree, hanbok, áo dài, or another cultural look that represents your story, I’d love to incorporate it into your session.
Avoid large logos and super-busy patterns. We want the focus on YOU two!
Bring comfy shoes. Especially if we're walking around a lot! If you're wearing heels, bring flats or comfy shoes to change into between locations.
