How many hours should I book for my event?
Most events are a great fit for 2–3 hours of portrait booth coverage. The ideal duration depends on your guest count, event timeline, and how many guests you'd like to participate.

Can guests take multiple portraits?
Absolutely! Each session includes 2–3 portraits, allowing guests to try different poses and expressions before choosing their favorite to be printed and taken home as a keepsake!
Can guests get multiple printouts?
Each portrait session includes up to two prints of the guest’s favorite image.
Want everyone to take home a copy? Unlimited prints are available as an add-on, so guests can share their favorite portraits with friends and family!
Do you provide props?
No, The Portrait Bar is all about the people!
We keep the experience simple and timeless, focusing on your guests, their personalities, and the effort they put into dressing up rather than using props. The result is a collection of polished portraits your guests will love.
Do you provide digital copies of the portraits?
Yes! For just $50 as an add-on, guests can view, download, and share their portraits through a QR code as images become available during the event. It's an easy way for everyone to access and enjoy their portraits digitally!
